Summer Vacation Finally!

Well, i finally have Time to get back on DA and respond to your requests and favorite your manuplations. please give me a few days, or a month, to catch up an everything. hopefully there will be new photos up by next week or so. like i mentiojned before i have no camara anymore since my car accident almost a year ago, so photos will be delayed.

Its going pretty awesome. Gypsys had some hoof problems over the last few months, causing her to be lame and stalled for a month. but shes on the mend and back out in the pasture finally. i switched farms and farriers and theres sure to be a rush of photos soon. how are you doing these days?

Dang! Hoof problems are no good. I have been doin alright. My first horse died a little over a year ago from arthritis. Last February I bought a 3 year old mare with similar markings and I've been training her. I had some problems at the boarding place and she got real skinny. They kept telling me that she was either shedding baby teeth or she just wasn't filled out yet. The only thing is that I bought her 'Filled out' so I moved her to a different place with winter coming I didn't want her skinny. So she's finally putting on some weight again.

awe! im sorry to hear about the horse, ive never had to put down my own horse before :( that had to be hard.
well by the sounds of it im glad your horse got moved, where i was at i had the opposite problem, my horse had constant food and gained almost 150 pounds in a month after i stopped riding her because of her feet, which only made the stress fractures in the hoof wall grow more.
do you want some of my horses fat :3 shes got plenty to share.

Yeah it was pretty hard. It's a good thing you switched barns too it sounds like. Extra weight on bad hooves is never good.
